First Time Hire Requirements
This section will guide you through your first hire.
Even though you may have purchased from us in the past, it does not mean you have a hire account. You will still need to go through our new hirer process.
Before we can actually process you first order, we require the following.
Companies
For any company hiring out equipment, you must have been trading for a year or more and to supply contact names and telephone numbers of other companies who can give a good reference.
- First time clients must pay in full prior to taking the equipment away
- A refundable £500 deposit will be taken from a credit/debit card (strictly no cash or cheques) in addition to the hire fee and prior to taking the equipment away.
- A copy of adequate insurance cover for equipment hired-in.
- Business rental application form filled in, and returned by fax, post, or email 24 hours prior to the hire.
- The hirer must collect the goods. Third party collection cannot be accepted
- A faxed or emailed purchase order with company registration number.

Private Clients
- Personal ID (Passport or Photo driving licence)
- Three forms of identification no older than 2 months with your name and address printed clearly on it. (I.e. bank statement, utility bill). They have to be originals, and not photocopies
- First time clients must pay in full prior to taking the equipment away
- A refundable £500 deposit will be taken from a credit/debit card (strictly no cash or cheques) in addition to the hire fee and prior to taking the equipment away.
- A copy of adequate insurance cover for equipment hired-in. Or you can use our policy for 10% of the total hire cost. £500 excess.
- Rental application form filled in, and returned by fax, post or email 24 hours prior to the hire.
- The hirer must collect the goods. Third party collection cannot be accepted
- Photo of Hirer and vehicle registration will be taken
