It exploits the high performance of SxS PRO memory cards, which combines a state-of-the-art, non-linear XDCAM workflow with good HD picture quality.

Sony NXCAM format - their first professional AVCHD camcorder. It can record stunning quality 1920 x 1080 images at 24Mbps (50i or 25p), as well as supporting 720/50p and Standard Definition recording. Operational flexibility is further enhanced by support for dual media. The primary recording media is Memory Stick Pro consumer memory cards, which are affordable, readily available worldwide and subject to continuous development. There is also an all-new optional 128Gb Flash Memory Unit which offers 11 hours recording time at 24Mbps. As with Sony's HYBRID HDV range, usage of the media is designed to be as flexible as possible - allowing simultaneous recording to dual media or a choice between media depending on your requirements.

Add more movement to dramatically increase production value with a dolly, jib or crane. There are hand portable dollies and jibs from Wallydolly and Miller respectively, which fold to about the size of a tripod bag. They offer fast set-up and smooth performance from a lightweight yet robust package. Heavier engineering from Losmandy allows a 3 leg tripod dolly or 4 leg ride-on dolly to be used on a totally flexible track. None of our grip is too big, though.

PROKIT provides a broad range of broadcast monitors for High Definition use from Sony, TV Logic, Ikan, Marshall and Ruige. Multi-format monitors are popular for covering the need to display signals from HD-SDI / HDMI and SD component or composite sources on different occasions. Single format requirements can be met with some lower cost choices.
