We offer thousands of products for sale. If your need is only short term, or you would like to try something first, then choosing from our hire inventory might be best for you.

Almost everything we sell is offered at a discount from the manufacturer's list price. Some other items are offered at a "net trade price". In all circumstances you are offered our "best price" - we never try to overcharge you, or test your negotiating skills.

Insurance
Every hirer needs to have adequate insurance. If your policy does not specifically cover hired-in equipment, then you can use our policy. We make a charge, and conditions apply.

We won't make a fuss if you realise you have ordered the wrong thing. Please tell us what has happened. We probably will not be able to give you a full refund, but we promise to deal with your request promptly and fairly.

No “Grey” Imports
We are aware that some high value products such as cameras might be offered to you at a lower price than we can manage. The chances are that these products are not supplied through the “official” channel and therefore you will not benefit from the full UK warranty that you deserve.
